Welcome! I am Upendra Singh, a Project Manager and the creator of Site Engineer Guide India — a platform built to share real site experience, practical engineering knowledge, and industry-ready guidance for civil engineers.
With over 20+ years of hands-on experience in India’s fast-growing infrastructure sector, I have worked on expressways, national highways, industrial projects, and power plant infrastructure under EPC mode. My journey started from ground-level site execution and has grown into leading large-scale projects with responsibility for planning, execution, quality, billing, and team management.

G R Infraprojects Ltd., Ashoka Buildcon Ltd., Patel Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., and others, gaining deep exposure to MORTH, IRC, and NHAI standards.
Currently, I am working as a Project Manager on a Raw Water Reservoir Project (800×3 MW Thermal Power Plant) under an Adani Power project, handling execution, coordination, billing, and quality control.
